Placing an Order
How do I purchase from tide-mammoth shop?
There are two ways to make purchases:

Online:
Add
item(s) to your shopping cart and just follow the checkout
process. (For detail, please refer to “How to buy”
page)
By
E-mail: You
can send your order to us by e-mail directly, our e-mail address
is: shop@tide-mammoth.com
.We would send Paypal invoice to you after receiving your order
confirmation.
How does the shopping cart work?
Each time you add an item to the cart, you will be taken to the
shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can choose to either
Continue Shopping or to proceed to Checkout.
1. Checkout process will take few easy steps. (For refer to “How
to buy” page for detail)
o If
you’re a first time customer, you’ll be asked to
create your account in tide-mammoth shop.
o If
you’re a returning customer, you’ll be asked for your
email address and password.
2. Once you review the order and enter your payment information, you
will be prompted to place your order.
Tracking an Order
How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are shipped from Hong Kong by the following ways:
1) By Registered air mail: It would take about 7 - 15 days to arrive.
2) By EMS speed post: It would take about 3 - 4 days to arrive.
How do I know if my order shipped?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email a shipping
confirmation with track numbers to you. The email address you
provide is the one we use for any order updates. To ensure our
emails are not blocked by your provider’s filter, you may
also want to add shop@tide-mammoth.com
to your email address book.
What happens if I don’t get my order when I expected to receive
it?
If you still haven’t
received your order, we’ll help track it down and make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible. Contact Customer
Support at shop@tide-mammoth.com
. Include your order number and email address associated with your tide-mammoth shop account. A customer support representative
will help you within one business day.

We are offering FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for all items in our
tide-mammoth shop.

What if I have a problem with my order?
We make every effort to ensure that your order is correct and arrive
in excellent condition. Every packed order is inspected three
times for accuracy by our experienced warehouse staff. If you do
find an error, please contact us immediately via email at
shop@tide-mammoth.com.
When
your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may
have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or
damaged during shipping, e-mail our customer support
representative immediately to receive instructions. Please be
sure to keep the box, packaging materials, and the damaged items
for inspection by the carrier. If this is not done, we are not
responsible to replace the damaged items.
Returns
What
is tide-mammoth shop return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with
any product, return the product within 7 days after you receive
the parcel.
All returned products are
subject to inspection by tide-mammoth shop staff. Products found
to be altered or damaged will not be accepted as returns.
The purchase price of returned items will not be refunded to your
Paypal account until items are inspected and approved.
How
do I return a product?

return. Our staff would provide our mailing address to you.
Please be informed that the
shipping costs of return parcel are subjected to the buyers and
it would not be refunded.

How
do I create an account?
To create account in tide-mammoth shop, just click “Create An
Account” Button at the top of the front page of
www.tide-mammoth.com/shop.
Please enter your personal information and password to
establishes your account. Whenever you shop, use this email
address and password to sign into your account.
Tide-mammoth shop does not
sell products for purchase by person who under age 18. If you are
under 18, you may use tide-mammoth.com shop only with involvement
of a parent or guardian.
How
do I change my billing/shipping address?
You have the opportunity to update your personal information during
checkout, including billing and shipping addresses. Review the
information carefully for accuracy. Once you submit your order,
it is processed right away and we are not able to make changes.
Can
I reset my password?
You can change your password anytime. Sign in to your account. Under “My
account” click the “Change my account password”
Button to make updates.
